We have a well-defined process, divided into several key stages. The first and most important is at the front end - finding out what makes our clients tick, evaluating and often redefining the design brief to make sure it’s working as hard as it possibly can. We’re particularly strong on analysing data, using our findings to develop an appropriate, exciting strategy. We appreciate that there’s plenty of thinking to do and decisions to be made before we get started, otherwise a wayfinding project can lack direction.
