Wayfinding demands an unusual blend of science, psychology and design. These elements need to be carefully balanced to achieve a clear, coherent system. We use three guiding principles as the building blocks of all our work.

Science

Our approach to the metrics of wayfinding is empirical and scientifically based. All our work is grounded in rigorous process, making sure we measure, analyse and understand the complexities and nuances of each project we take on.

Clarity

We make things clear. Our goal is always to develop effective wayfinding strategies that make sense of complicated buildings and spaces. To achieve this, we present information in a way that's accessible and legible, making sure our design processes are transparent and logical.

Creativity

Once the nuts and bolts are in place, there’s usually room for a little visual flair. We use typography, images and bright, colourful graphics to create wayfinding systems that are exciting and memorable. These work in harmony with architecture, interior design and branding to deliver the complete package.
