This Terry Farrell designed building occupies a sloping site above the central business district on Hong Kong Island. The challenge was to design a comprehensive wayfinding system that would facilitate the inward and outward flow of large numbers of visa and passport applicants. The solution was a dual language sign system, backed up with electronic call-forward information in English and Cantonese. The project also included all consular office areas and the adjacent British Council offices.
