The Centre for Health Science is a new medical development in Inverness. The state-of-the-art building provides teaching, research and clinical facilities to the University of Stirling, the Highland Diabetes Institute, various NHS departments and other medical organisations.
We developed a comprehensive wayfinding strategy for the Centre to enable staff, visitors and patients to find their way around the building. This was implemented through a modular and easily updatable signage system and all information is dual-language English and Gaelic.
We also designed the brand identity for the Centre. The centrepiece is a three-dimensional logo sculpture located at the main entrance, and a symbolic two-dimensional representation of this appears on all signage and other communication materials.
